TEW is a mutant X-men based site but take place about one hundred years after the imprisonment of Magneto and the X-men. Now one hundred years later humans have enslaved all but a rare few mutants. The slaves are bought and sold with out a care about who they go to or how there treated.
Those who had resistad capture at the beginning formed a small hidden village deep underground in a cavern far from the human eye. There they plotted and planned for many years and finally came up with a plan to free the X-men and Magneto. The night they attacked the prison they where being kept at in a deep freeze they just barely managed to free them though many who formed the group to free them where captured or killed. Though the few who remained escaped with Magneto and the X-Men and took them to there secret cavern that they called home
